Practical First Aid Training

Here at ESCAPe we can deliver a practical first aid course delivered at a venue of your choice or come along to one of our organised courses. We can deliver 3 courses so you can sellect the one that suits your requirements. A 4hr "Emergency Aid" course, an 8hr "Level 1" course or a more intensive 16hr "level 2" course.

Practical deliverey with a hands on aproach to First Aid Skills By breaking down the myths and ambiguityies of first aid, you will leave each course with a sound understanding of all current guidlines and best practice.

Our tutors have years experience of Wildernes Expedition, Urban Environment, Sports Club and School first Aid.They adapt to the needs of the group and will tailor the practical applications to your environment.

All courses are overseen by the British Canoe Union Lifeguards and meet all the requirements of the CCUK coaching awards, "Appointed Persons"

All certificates are issued through the BCU Lifeguards
