We're launching a competition to find a local graffiti artist to decorate our brand new mobile skate park trailer.  Two competition winners will have the chance to put their designs on the side of put 10ft by 6ft trailer.

The theme for the design will be “Extreme Sports”, entrants will need to submit their designs by 30th August, a template can be downloaded here, with the winner to be announced on 3rd September.

Dave Jackson project manager said “We are looking for someone who would like the opportunity to find a legitimate place to showcase their work, it will be seen by hundreds of people and liven up a bit of a dull trailer” he went on to say “graffiti art is now a well established art form, you just have to look at the Banksy phenomena. We want to find and help out Somerset’s up and coming new talent”

Escape sports is a project run by Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership. As well as mobile skate park (funded by Viridor Credits), escapexsports.co.uk offer extreme sports such as surfing, coasteering, power kiting, mountain biking and have an adrenalin packed summer ahead.
